Exciting News for the Deja Blue Arena
The Texas Tornado’s home ice is going to get a face lift! The City of Frisco in conjunction with the Dallas Stars will expand the current facility in order to accommodate school graduations, concerts and possibly become the home to additional sports teams. In addition to renovating the entire complex, the plans call for the addition of a parking garage. The project will add approximately 2300 seats to the current Dr Pepper StarCenter facility making the total seating capacity around 6000. Construction is projected to begin at the end of the current Tornado season, with completion slated for the Fall of 2008.
