"Having our young guys recognized early is a
great motivator for them to continue to improve.
It also helps everyone else on the team get
attention if you have that kind of interest in
the younger players on your team. I am very
proud of the three of them and look forward to
continuing their development both on and off the
ice." Dwight Mullins |
B-Rated players from the NAHL include:
Traverse City forward Clinton Bourbonais;
Marquette forward Kyle Jean;
Texas forward
Adam Mitchell;
and Mahoning Valley defenseman Eric Ringel.
C-Rated players include: Alexandria
forward Brandon Bahnemann; St. Louis
forward Mike Merrifield; Springfield
defenseman Klemen Sodrznik; Texas
defenseman David Starr;
Fargo-Moorhead defenseman Tyler Swanson;

goaltender Jordan Tibbett.
"In addition to our longstanding
commitment to developing our players for the college ranks,
we also take great pride in seeing our professional
prospects recognized by the NHL," said NAHL commissioner
Mark Frankenfeld.
NHL Central Scouting will release its
midseason rankings of 2008 draft-eligibles in January,
followed by its final rankings in April.
