Finally, Home!  -  After a month on the road, the Tornado finally return home this Friday, November 2 to take on first place rival, Wichita Falls Wildcats.  After spending the past two weeks in Alaska, the team is happy to be home.  “We are excited to have a very difficult part of our schedule behind us and look forward to playing at home.  We have the best building and fans in the league and we are looking forward to Friday night,” said Coach Mullins.  For more comments from Coach Mullins, check out the Coach's Corner on the TTBC website.

In addition to great Tornado hockey action, on November 2, Slap Shot’s Hanson Brothers will be on hand for photos, autographs, and a little old time hockey.  Don’t miss out on the Hanson Look Alike Contest.  See details below.

Player Report  -  John Bullis (#17) will be out for several weeks after receiving a shoulder injury in Alaska.  Robbie Blanchette (#21), John Kruse (#25) and Tommy Callaghan's (#1) return to the lineup for Friday night against Wichita Falls remain game time decisions. All three players have returned to the ice but remain day to day.

Three Tornado Make NHL Central Scouting “Players To Watch”  -  Tornado players, Adam Mitchell (#18), David Starr (#3) and Matt Tennyson (#26) were among eleven NAHL players recognized as potential draft picks in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Central Scouting Bureau. NHL Central Scouting will release its "Players To Watch" list at three points during the season leading up to the Draft on June 21 and 22. See complete NAHL story for details.

Blanchette Takes On A New Role!  -  Unable to join his teammates in Alaska due to injury, Tornado Defenseman Robbie Blanchette (#21) was put to work by the Tornado in another capacity…sales!  This year the Tornado decided to hand deliver season tickets to a few lucky fans and Blanchette was called in to help.  “It was great to see how excited people were and to find out that we even have fans throughout the metroplex.  Since I couldn’t be on the road with the team, I was glad to help out.”

Hanson Look Alike Contest  -  A little post-Halloween fun at the Tornado!  November 2, come to the Tornado game dressed like your favorite Hanson Brother and WIN great prizes! Contestants check-in at the Customer Service table before the game for details.  Winner will be determined by crowd noise during the 1st intermission.  Need a little help with ideas?  Check out the Hanson Brothers.

Join the Tornado at Coach Joe’s  -  Coach Joe’s Sports Grille in Frisco is now open!  Join the Hanson Brothers and Tornado Coaching Staff at Coach Joe's on the Friday, November 2nd immediately following the game!
